We had a great weekend in Dubuque for a friends getaway! The house was clean and well stocked and had comfortable beds and a beautiful view! Lots of historic charm! Be prepared for stairs as documented in the listing but it’s worth it.

We had a group of 10 that came from Texas for a wedding. We needed a big enough place for us all. It is a beautiful house with a fantastically beautiful view of Dubuque. We will come and stay again.

Girl’s trip before 45th high school reunion. The house was great and the perfect size for 8 people. Well kept and nice furniture throughout. We did need better lighting in the dining room for games, etc. Overall, very enjoyable trip with lots of laughs.

This was a group of ladies, all 65 years old. We loved the house, the front porch, and the view. The host was awesome and very responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed. The light in the dining room was a bit dim for game-playing, but was fine for eating. We would definitely stay again!

Dubuque's front porch was exactly as advertised. Beautiful older home that's tastefully updated while still keeping it's older home charms. beautiful view of the city, easy walk to dining and drinks. quiet and peaceful. very very nice. as advertised, be ready for some stairs. but the short climb is worth it for the view. we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it.

Our family of 5 stayed for one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. Loved sitting on the front porch and looking out over Dubuque! Fantastic house with great view. The location is perfect for walking downtown, to coffee shops, restaurants, etc… We will definitely be back!
