Great place. Staff friendly and location perfect. Needed extra blankets and pillows that were not available but mentioned to management upon leaving and think they are going to put those in closet for future guests .
Easy check in/out! Close to a couple great restaurants? Super clean! Loft itself was awesome and very modern and well decorated? Loft was great size for 4-6 guests!
If you are looking for a unique place to stay and need extra room for your family, this is a great place to stay. Loved all the character with the exposed brick and wood beams. Took a little walk to get the room but we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
The apartment included a full kitchen, washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Property management person was readily available . It was in a convenient location. The building was an old factory and has been redone into very well appointed apartments..
During our stay the facility (a repurposed warehouse) was under significant renovation. The apartments are very nice and there is a microbrewery on the ground level.
Great condo. Very comfortable stay for our family. Owner was very friendly, quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay again!
I absolutely loved the room and the building. The immediate area where the hotel is located is pretty deserted, but I found that a four-or-so-block walk got me readily to a few very nice restaurants for dinner. There wasn't much available for lunch, though. The only negative with the unit itself was that the bathroom was not cleaned before I arrived. There was "debris" caked onto the inside of the toilet bowl and the shower had what looked like a muddy footprint in it. The towels and sheets also didn't have a super clean feel or smell to them. This was a very spacious and comfortable apartment.
Beautifully renovated industrial building converted to apartments on upper story and commercial uses on the ground floor. Apartment was amazing, with exposed brick walls and beams - well decorated and appointed, etc. Several restaurants and coffee shops nearby make this a great location for anyone doing business or vacationing in Dubuque.
Loved the place , location, and price. Had trouble finding our way in and did not know that directions had been emailed to me until I checked my email that pm. Would have been good to be told this information was coming.
Located within a cool ironworks building, undergoing renovations. There is a microbrewery on the first floor. Farmer's market within 2 blocks and lots of good eats within walking distance. Fun place to stay!
Amazing place, beautiful design and a great building. Close to a good coffee shop, lots of parking. We rented several units for a family reunion - great solution, and we'd do it again!
Was a great little place to stay only issue we had was directions on what door to get in to get to elevator once we found it and got in room it was a great place had issues with TV in bedroom but all in all would stay again
Stayed in Dubuque for one night. This was a great place to stay. It is a bit different - our rental was a beautiful apartment in an old building undergoing renovations. This location is in a part of town that is just a ways off from downtown (10 minute walk) and in an area that is emerging into a go-to destination with a craft beer tap room right down stairs and additional restaurants and stores being added. Parking was included. Would stay here again. Check-in/check-out couldn't have been easier. Great place to stay for a music festival in Hazel Green, Wi we attended and for a day trip to Galena.
