“Great Location! The house was beautiful and clean We had a great time!”

“Great location, well equipped unit!Worked out perfectly”

“Great location. Pretty views of Bay. Comfortable rooms. Enjoyed our brief stay for July 4th.”

“We enjoyed our stay but given the premium rates we had expectations for better accommodation. Space size was as expected but the accoutrements are lacking. Cheapest grades of things like paper towels, not even a box of tissues, tiniest soap and even the shower offerings were empty. The bathrooms were not vacuumed (…hair, yuck!) the kitchen houseware needs updating — only three coffee mugs and the pots and pan were lacking and poor quality. Also the cable TV did not work in the bedrooms and was……

“It was perfect for our girl trip!”

“Frank was a fantastic host. The property was clean and essentially well stocked for a VRBO. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked, and the view was exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasant stay. We didn't have any concerns with the property except the washer and dryer are a bit loud, but other than that our family of 5 enjoyed every day of our vacation.”

“We loved everything about this stay. Location, access, communication, views… Definitely recommend”

“Very clean and an amazing viewWe walked to several restaurants at Hawks cay resort which were very goodDuck key is in a great location to explore IslaMirada or marathonThe only thing to note is that the neighbours are close when sitting out on the patioBut from inside it feels like you have the entire waterfront to yourself. It’s magnificent.Excellent place”

“The property was very clean.”

“Everything was excellent, from check in to check out. The Villa is nicely updated. Great view of the water. Nice "rainfall" shower. Comfortable living area. Chairs and tables on the deck and balcony. Easy communication with the host. No issues during our visit. As a few people have mentioned on other reviews, the decks and balconies of all these villas lack privacy as you can see and hear your neighbors. We were also able to rent kayaks from Grassy Key Marina and have them delivered and use……

“Property was great. Only problem was I made the reservation with a "boat slip" as an included part of the reservation. I received a call from the owner that the boat slip had been sold about a month before the reservation date. This would have cancelled the trip but luckily, I found a boat slip at Duck Key Marina available, which is very rare for lobster season. No real fault but all ended well.”

“Very nice house, nicely decorated and clean. The children really enjoyed being on the canal, fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. Plenty of room for our boat on the nice dock. We checked out the pool that was a drive down to Key Colony Beach area but did miss having our own pool at the house for our convenience. Our host was always available and helpful with any questions.”

“Gated enclave with numerous nearby amenities. Property in showroom condition. Family oriented area. Would definitely visit again”

“The house itself was adequate. It could definitely be cleaner. It is on Vrbo as able to accommodate six guests. There are five coffee cups in the cupboards, and one teaspoon in the silverware drawer. I contacted the host because there were 5 washcloths and one hand towel in the entire house, he informed me it was a Vrbo, not a hotel. We flew in, and did not pack to supply our own towels, nor did we expect to have to do laundry every single day of our vacation, although we definitely don’t mind……

“10/10 would absolutely stay here again. Frank is an excellent host and the property was beautiful.”

“Disappointed! Most of the furniture needs to be replaced. It is either stained or worn. One of the kitchen cabinets did not close. Most of the kitchen cabinets were dirty around the handles. The bathrooms need to be redone. The grout lines are very thick and moldy. There are stains on the bathroom ceiling that look like a water leak. The towels need to be replaced very thin and worn looking. At night you can hear running water in one of the bedrooms even though no water is on. There is very……

“Found a dead palmetto bug on arrival and we didn’t have enough trash bags beyond 1 day.Other than this it was a great stay!”
