“Had a nice stay. You can tell they are trying to update and upgrade and they are doing a great job. Nice quiet stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was a little musty, smelled like they had just had the carpet cleaned and they didn't quite dry all the way before we checked in, but it was manageable with the air conditioner and an open window. Clean bedding and bathroom. Bed was comfy. Overall would recommend to anyone staying over in Grand Haven.”

“Room was more like what you’d find in a 3rd world country. The room smelled like an ashtray, curtains all wrinkled and did not close good. Bathroom fixtures were really old, I would not recommend staying there”

“Front desk was amazing! The other guest at the hotel was sketchy and made me feel uncomfortable. The area around the hotel was very unkept and the surrounding buildings seemed and looked abandoned. Questionable and inappropriate activities outside of the hotel. Families should not stay here. All the safety hotel doors were pried open and fans out everywhere. I did not feel safe at all.”
