「Great hotel, wonderful staff」

「staffs are not nice」

「I feel our stay was very pleasant. Because of the time of night we finally got to the hotel, the night clerk was very nice to us about leaving in the morning and let us stay in our room til 1:00 pm and gave us a complimentary breakfast. 」

「From the moment we checked in, our stay was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable. The hotel is so close to everything that we don’t even need to use our car the whole stay. Would definitely recommend! 」

「We had a phenominal stay. A no frills hotel but very clean, beds were extremely comfortable. Efficiency suite very spacious and the keurig coffee maker made excellent coffee every morning. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, avalon mall and 10 minutes away from downtown. On the downside, brand new tub was slippery and our room had no view. However would definitely book again!」

「Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分」

「The hotel lobby is strikingly beautiful when you first enter. They have a two-space restaurant and a club lounge. I had access to the lounge which was extra luxurious with snacks, hot and cold drinks, breakfast and dinner appies. When the lounge was closed one day, I received a voucher for the restaurant's buffet. The doors locked in the evening so you needed your key to enter. It felt very safe. The hotel is located at the end of all the action and it was about a 25 minute walk to the other end...
