“Bad insulation noise controls, bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. We asked for change, but the front desk only provided one option, give us refund(ps:It was……

“It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands. They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of……

“I loved this property!!! Stayed here few times and it was always great. This time I was unlucky to get a room with broken bathroom vent that and some kind of the ventilation from floor below was making noise at night. That being said the view is breathtaking, the staff is amazing, and the bistro food is delicious with the sweetest staff. I just hope the pool water would be a little warmer. Overall I still love your hotel just please make sure that your night front desk staff know the system good……

“The toilet didn't work. The end table and floor was sticky. Something big was spilled on the floor. Empty Captain Morgan bottle on shelf. Live and dead bugs. The front desk person said they couldn't bring in anyone to fix the toilet at 8:30 pm. (that's when we got back from dinner) We were offered another room but had already unpacked everything so we declined. They offered us to sleep and use the toilet in the next-door room. We said OK but when we went to use that bed it looked like……
