Daniel, I am so sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. Many guests tell us that part of the charm is the fact that we have no TV's; it helps keep the peaceful, historic felling to the hotel. Regarding the shared bathroom, you booked a room described as "Traditional Room, 1 Queen Bed, Shared Bathroom." Please let us know if there might be some way we could more clearly described the situation? Yes, our Traditional rooms do not have air-conditioning. The evenings here in Dufur do cool down into the 50's most nights and we provide screens for the windows and fans. My wife and I lived in the room that you stayed in for several years and seldom found it uncomfortable. I understand that our accommodations are not for everyone, I am sorry that we didn't communicate to you, more clearly, the unusual features of our property.
