House is located in small town Sumpetar, just 150m from the beach with the crystal clear sea.

It's on the first floor of the private house, 92 m2 size, two bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 people.

Its 35 m2 size comfortable terrace with garden has a table and chairs for you to enjoy the fresh sea air, sip drinks and relax in the great sea view.

Position of the house is ideal for having a quiet vacation and is 100m from the village center.

Apartment has a spacious living room, two bedrooms, modern kitchen and comfortable bathroom with shower.

Living room is very spacious with a large 57“ LCD TV.

Master bedroom has one cozy double bed, second bedroom has two comfortable single beds.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, dish washer, stove, owen and fridge with freezer so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

Iron and ironing board can also be provided.

Baby cot can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance.

Apartment doesn't have its own parking spot, but you can park for free in the street where the apartment is located. It's possible to find a free parking spot within 1-5 min walking from the apartment.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

This is smoke-free apartment. You can smoke at the terrace.

It's also not suitable for pets, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

***** The neighbourhood:

We are located small village Sumpetar near town Omiš and Split.

Sumpetar in Croatia is a small tourist village. It is located 6 km west from Omis, in the direction of Split. From Sumpetar you can easily reach Omis and Split (20 kilometers to the west), by using many local buses or car. Sumpetar has a nice small port where there are many old wooden newly renovated sailing ships which are now used primarily for tourism, and in the past were mainly used as merchant and cargo ships.

There are several pebble beaches in Sumpetar, few coffee bars and three restaurants/konobas. Two grocery stores offer all necessary things you will need during your stay.

Due to the vicinity of the towns of Omis, Split and Makarska, visitors may enjoy numerous active holidays options such as rafting, free climbing, windsurfing or check out the nightlife of these tourist centers. Above Sumpetar, below the towering mountains, you will find ancient sites like churches, cemeteries and old villages.

Olive plantations, beautiful nature and astonishing view of the island Brac and Omis riviera are the reasons why most of tourists visit these old part of Sumpetar, even during the summer heat. Even during the hottest days it is possible to find refreshment in local restaurants where you can try locally grown food and beverages, and some of the most renowned local specialties.

The best way to get to us is by car.

Bus station is 150m away from the house.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange you transport from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport.
