Enjoy your holiday in a charming studio apartment in Duće on the picturesque Riviera of Omiš. The 20 m² apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained house and offers space for two people with an additional sleeping option. It features an open living and sleeping area with a double bed and sofa bed, a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.



The apartment is comfortably equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi and a kitchen with a cooker, refrigerator and kettle. On the balcony, you can start the day with breakfast in the morning sun or enjoy the sunset with a view of the Adriatic.



The extensive sandy beach of Duće is located only 100 metres away and can be quickly reached via a safe pedestrian underpass. This means you can spend your holiday days in the immediate vicinity of the sea without having to forgo peace and privacy. A parking space is available directly at the house for your car, partly also covered.



The facility offers additional amenities such as a garden with a barbecue area, a summer kitchen, and play opportunities for children. Upon request, the hosts will prepare breakfast for you (for a fee). Pets are welcome by arrangement.



In the surrounding area, you will find everything you need for a relaxed stay: restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and a bakery are within walking distance. The old town of Omiš with its special charm is just one kilometre away and invites you to stroll through narrow alleys. Split with its UNESCO-protected old town is only 20 kilometres away and ideal for a day trip.



Active holidaymakers will also get their money's worth in the region: From water sports such as diving, jet skiing and kayaking to rafting in the Cetina Canyon or hiking in the mountains of Omiš - variety is guaranteed here.
