We spent one week with 19 family member's, young and old. Everybody had a splended time with all the activities available and a very nice pool area. A beautiful place to stay in with 3 separate apartments. The esthetic buildings and surroundings is beautiful and the pool and playground gave us much fun! Excellent!

This is a large villa, which is actually divided into 3 separate apartments.Totally equipped with everything you could wish for. The villa and gardens are emaculate. There's a lovely pool, basketball court, mini putting green (5 holes), mini football green, exercise and play area as well as a hot tub. There's a fabulous bbq room and outside seating area at the top of the garden and a chill out seating area on the middle grass area. This is a nice place to relax, with a tropical fish tank built into the wall and 2 real tortoises behind the wall. The beach and beach bar are just a 4 minute walk down the hill.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. We were a group of 10 adults and 11 children. The property is 3 separate apartments, two on ground floor and 1 on first floor and a separate games room with separate entrance. Lovely pool area, bbq area, basketball court, play park etc. we were able to walk to a restaurant and there were others within a short drive. Host was very good at communicating and provided us with good recommendations for fish market and taxis. Host also provided us with welcome pack of groceries and wine. Would recommend.

This house is exceptionally well suited for a large family. It is divided into three spacious apartments and features a large and enjoyable outdoor area. The location is unique right by beautiful beaches, with shops within walking distance. There’s even a small restaurant just a short walk away. I highly recommend this house!

Glorious residence!

Extraordinary journey!

Ivana was extremely helpful throughout our stay, gave clear instructions at the beginning and helped arrange a private boat trip which everyone enjoyed. The villa was outstanding - even better than in the photos. The 3 x 3 bed apartments worked well for our group, and the knives were even sharp!! I highly recommends this villa and host

Glorious residence!

We were a big friends and family group - 9 adults and 6 small children. This villa was perfect for us, with 3 x 3-bedroom apartments so plenty of space for everyone. The communal areas are perfect - plenty of space and activities for adults and kids. Great location: the beach is just a short walk and there are plenty of lovely local restaurants in the vicinity. Owners are on-site and Ivana was super helpful with anything during the course of our stay.

Extraordinary journey!

What a lovely location. Beautiful views over the sea to Brac. I could sit and watch the boats come and go all day. The villa is very spacious and a green sanctuary on the coast. Only a two minute walk to the swimming beach, although the walk up the hill is a good workout (worth it for the views). The villa (really three large apartments) has everything you would need and there are restaurants in walking distance along the beach.

Major-league holiday!

What a fabulous property! We had such a great time as there was something for everyone; pool, hot tub, basketball net, pool table, table tennis table, playroom full of toys.....the list goes on. There were plenty of towels ( pool and bathroom ) and everything you could need in a kitchen....plenty of glasses, plates and saucepans. There was nothing we felt was missing. I think this might be the best property we have been to so far!

Special place!

Had an incredibly nice week! We had access to the entire garden and its range. Played basketball and barbecued in the evenings. The apartments were clean with a nice view of the sea and Brac. Nice beaches a short walk away. Running up the mountains was also a highlight. Local bus to Split leaves near the accommodation. The contact with Klaudija was perfect. Also helped us with transfers to and from the airport. The owner Ivana was very helpful and cheerful. Thanks!

Major-league holiday!

Fantastic Hostess

We were thoroughly impressed with the amenities offered at the villa. (Sauna, Jacuzzi, Swimming Pool, Children playground, badminton net, basketball net, outdoor fully equipped grill perfect for BBQ, exercise room, all kinds of gaming tables). Besides from being fully equipped, the owner/hostess, Ivana, stayed at the property. Should you encounter any issue during the stay, the problem would be taken care of immediately. In addition to this, Ivana and her family actually prepared a beautiful BBQ fish dinner for us on one of the nights. There was sufficient food leftover for lunch the day after. We have nothing to complaint about. However, it was not the most present sleeping in the individual bedrooms during the recent heat wave as there was no air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms.

Week long getaway

The owner was super friendly and easily accessible. The Villa was absolutely magnificent just as it looks in the pictures, a huge space! I would recommend hiring a vehicle if some sort as getting to central split is about a 35-40min drive

Really beautiful Villa and facilities.

Fantastic experience from the moment we drove through the gates to the minute we drove back out a week later. Massive thank you to the property owner for her kindness and ensuring everything was always in order. Villa itself is a really beautiful property to which the photos do absolute justice. We had are extended family with us including kids from 5 to 13. Villa caters for absolutely everyone's needs from sports facilities, pool to quiet seating areas to relax. The Hot tub got a lot of action across the whole family. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. Simon & Monika

Bengt

Besitzer sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit ...

Fabulous stay at lovely villa

The property was fantastic we had a great stay lovely pool, hot tub outdoor kitchen, play areas and great games room. The villa is split into 3 apartments which we didn’t know when we arrived. It suited us fine as had older children in the party. They aren’t linked they each have a front door. The villa was very well equipped and the lovely host Ivana brought fruit each day and wine. It s walking distance to the beach and supermarket. Lots of lovely restaurants a short drive away or Uber. A brilliant place to stay I would highly recommend.
