「Comfortable and clean, the location is amazing, unfortunately the weather didn't let me enjoy how close it was to Manly beach, but I'm already planning another trip there. 」

「The apartment location is good but overall stay is not a really good experience. You needed great effort to find the parking bay provided. The apartment is old-fashioned and not really cleaned. Bathroom light flashed all the way and we had to turn it off. Shower is not working well and only small amounts of water could come out. Moreover, the Netflix is out of order throughout the stay!」

「I stayed here with my family ten years ago, and I am back solo traveling. This hotel is like a family-owned hotel, no fancy decor and even no lift, but the owner was very nice. He chatted with me and was kind enough to carry my suitcase up the stairs for me. He even offered me a room for three people only for myself. The only thing I would complain about is the transportation, but there is a train station and a bus stop only less than five minutes away. I would stay here again.」

「As I arrive late, I have never seen staff. I also don’t walk around the property after driving 5 hours to get to the lodge. The room need instructions on how to operate the TV. This takes a lot of button pressing just to get the free to air channels. Other than that. I am very happy with this facility. 」

「本來選擇這酒店主因：是設於國家公園內，理應有頗大空間，但當步入酒店房間內，房間面積不大，亦沒有設置空調，在中午時份，烈日當空之下，其實頗為悶熱。幸好，周圍環境不俗，遠離塵囂，好有大自然氣氛，令人感到舒適怡人。就是房間面積太小了！」

「We have just spent two wonderful nights at this delightful hotel. Everything from the warm welcomed, personal service, cleanliness, beds, pillows and deliciously fragranced Leif amenities was first class. The respectful renovation and gentle modernisation of this beautiful Victorian building provided a quiet sophistication that was greatly appreciated. Our room provided everything we could wish for and more (two showers anyone?! Wow!). Great location with easy access to Balmoral and Manly...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.」
