“Room was ok for for stay but water was cold for the shower. Reported twice, but unfortunately no change in the water temperature. Breakfast room was busy & food items not replaced as required.”

The room was spacious and the amenities were nice, but the free water next to the ice stations were cloudy and stayed that way.. so I had to purchase a bottle of water from the front desk which was airport priced ($4 for 16oz). On top of that, half of the TV channels didn’t work. I couldn’t get YouTube (which is advertised on their TV) to work. And the final part was that someone was able to walk into my room with their keycard. When I……

“This is our second time staying here. It is a nice hotel and reasonably priced. Close to restaurants and bars in the area. We had a great dinner at Mazi’s and cold beers at Mike’s Place!”

“Unfortunately the hotel is really starting to show its age. We had a two queen room. One of the beds would sink 5” in the middle when weight was applied to it. There was a fair amount of mold in the bathroom especially around the shower and ceiling. The electronic key reader on the door failed to read the key if it wasn’t used every couple hours. We made many trips to the front desk to get the room key reprogrammed. Other guests had the same issues with keys. Most of the staff was very nice. The……

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. For our 5 night stay we received NO housekeeping at all, even after specifically requesting housekeeping 3 days in a row. On the 3rd request they asked if our do not disturb sign was out and at no point during our stay did we put out the do not disturb sign. On our 3rd day we ran out of body wash and when I requested body wash at the front desk, we were told to use the shampoo because they didn’t……

“You need a code to enter this property and access your room. We booked through Expedia which stated that we would receive our code via email within 24 hrs of check-in. However, I checked my email several times with that time period and never received a code. Upon arrival at the property shortly after 4:00, a sign on the door also stated our code would be sent via email. We never received anything.
