Love this eclectic house on Park Point

Great place to stay with the family and our two big dogs. Little walk to the beach on the sunny days. Tons of games and puzzles for the rainy days.

Great place for a big group

The house and cottage were perfect for my hockey team while we were in Duluth for a tournament. Location couldn’t be better and the house and cottage comfortably fit 11 of us!

Can't Beat this Location!

We loved staying on the Point and being able to enjoy the beach daily! The short walk to Canal Park also made this a total winner. We loved this quirky place and would definitely rent again!

Great get away

Close and comfy for Bayfront Blues Festival. Then relaxed and enjoyed the beach and lake for a few days, too. Great location and very cute accomidations.

Multi generational stay

Exactly as the description! We had 4 children ages 1 to 4 and they absolutely loved the beach! It was a fun walk to the beach. There were also 4 adults, and therewas lots of space for all of us.

Great access to Lake Superior

Our family rendezvoused in Duluth and enjoyed our stay in this unique beach house and cottage. There was lots of space to accommodate us with both “houses.” The location was great with easy access to the lake and the kids especially had fun playing in the sand.
