We loved the condo and its central location. It had exactly what we needed and the building was nice/clean/secure with plenty of parking. Use the bike locks provided in the building, we didn't and could see that someone attempted to take our locked bikes in truck bed. Check-in process was smooth. We needed help quickly and we were able to speak to a person in an instant, no need to wait for a call back. I will say, if you need someplace quiet, this probably isn't it. The condo looks down on Bent Paddle Brewing and there was live music both nights that we could hear in the condo, but it shut down by 10...posed no issue for us, but this may not be the best place for a napping baby or dog who doesn't like loud noises. Winter is probably a different story as music probably isn't outside too much.
