Welcome to Brighton Beach Suites! Here you'll find our two condos join together to make one amazing vacation experience! The units are combined via a double bypass door. Open them when you want to have easy access to both units, or close them for privacy from the rest of your crew. Nestled within Canal Park, our location ensures effortless access all the area attractions! It's a great jumping off point for many North Shore attractions as well as walkable to all the great activities and restaurants in Canal Park. Don't want to even go outside? Within the building complex you'll find plenty to do. You'll have access to the pool, hot tub and sauna. Also right in the building you'll find craft beer at Hoops Brewing, craft cocktails and bites at the newly opened The Bridge Cocktail room, and a great family dining atmosphere at Old Chicago.

Early check-in?
Please note that early check-in cannot be guaranteed, as we require the limited time between reservations to thoroughly prepare the home for your stay. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. However, you are welcome to reach out the day prior to your arrival, and if our schedule allows, we will do our best to accommodate an earlier check-in. If early access is essential, we recommend booking the night before your intended arrival to ensure the home is available when you arrive.

Late Check-out?
- Late check-out availability depends on the arrival time of our next guests and, as such, cannot be confirmed until the weekend of your stay. Feel free to send us a message closer to your departure date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible. If you require additional time, we recommend booking an extra night to ensure a relaxed and flexible departure.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.

Is the home suitable for children?
Absolutely — we are always delighted to host families.

Can we bring pets?
- No. We are not pet friendly at this time.

Can we have people over?
- Yes, with some limitations. We kindly ask that all guests be listed on the reservation. If you plan to have additional visitors during your stay, please notify us in advance. Please note that open-invite gatherings or exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed by our City of Duluth rental license are not permitted.
