“Beautiful old home in a great location! Host company was easy to work with and very responsive. Lake views from the porch and a comfy bedrooms and quiet neighbors. As others mentioned there are a lot of stairs, the kitchen and bathroom are on the second story and bedrooms and living room on the third. Not an issue for us but could be for others. We would stay here again! ”

“The Brix is such a beautiful space to stay while visiting Duluth. The location was perfect for our short weekend in Canal Park. The space itself is a total dream, beautifully finished and clean. Amenities are great and the hosts are very accommodating. It was a total joy staying here. Highly recommend it!! ”

“Modern and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Parking was a little confusing but easy to figure out once on the grounds. Parking pass was tempermental, did not always work. Assistance was available via an intercom. Rug in living room posed a trip hazard for our mobility challenged guest. Kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of bathroom space for our toiletries. Host was readily available via phone”

“Traveled with two adults and a 2 year old.We LOVED the location! Right next to the water and just across the bridge from downtown Duluth. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and activities. Kitchen was well stocked (but bring your own decaf if you drink it). I was surprised to not find a hair dryer in the bathroom. Otherwise the unit had everything I would expect. The space is very open, as shown in the listing. Our toddler slept in a pack n play and I was glad to have brought a……
