「Clean rooms, excellent location with views of the lake and the access to bike rentals」

「Lovely short but sweet stay! Property is gorgeous and staff was very helpful, will definitely be back!」

「The unit was beautiful and comfortable. We had a small issue with the lock and the staff responded very quickly and resolved the problem in minutes. The couch was pretty stained and the shower had very little water pressure, but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property!」

「Reserved room on card, paid with different card at hotel they charged both cards . . .said I'll get a refund in 5 to 7 days . . . Bunch of crap !」

「Very cold at night. 」

The breakfast buffet also has changed quite a bit, and not in a positive way. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. With so many other hotel options in Duluth, I really hope they put some effort into updating, maintaining, and effort that this location once offered.」
