「The home is comfortable and gorgeous and we loved the wood heater as it was cold enough to use it and we have one like it at home. Proximity to Flinders Chase NP was important for us and the lovely beach was readily accessible for long walks. But what we loved most were the wallabies that came down to the cottage every afternoon for a feed - they were very entertaining and we loved feeding and watching them. 」

「We visited from the US as a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. We loved the remoteness of the property and seeing the kangaroo & echidna right out the window. If you’re a bird watcher, there is plenty to see! Accommodations were top notch. Excellent quality linens and really comfortable beds. We would stay again if visiting KI in the future. We brought all our groceries from Adelaide which worked out really well. Such a nice welcome tray of local from Yael, the host & we had to go...

「We had a very comfortable stay at island Time. The house is well set up, clean and very quiet. Caught salmon ( delicious ) at the local beach and looked for fossils in the rocks. Good location for arriving at Remarkable rocks early to catch the best light. Very happy with our stay here.」

「If you love an amazing view then this is the place that you want to stay. You could spend hours just watching the changing view during the day. We had a wallaby and her joey feed around the cabin which was lovely. Easy walk to the beach to enjoy either the beautiful beach or to enjoy some fishing. The bed was comfy but the couches could do with an update. We were lucky enough to not have anyone else in the other cabin as there is not enough separation or privacy if there was someone else...

「We really liked this property - it was our highlight of all places during our trip to Kangaroo Island. Eric & Wilma are delightful hosts in all respects. The view is wonderful and the facilities are really good. Access to the beach is terrific and the ability to see kangaroos, echidnas, dolphins & penguins really rounded out our experience at Emu Bay!
