"A lovely, fresh and clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are neat and kept to a high standard, the decor is just what you want being by the sea. There were some lovely unexpected touches too, like a Nespresso machine and chocolates in the fridge. Overall a really nice stay :)"

"Hotel itself very good. Parking a bit hit & miss. Breakfast good, but no teaspoons anywhere. Reception staff kept overcharging for breakfast, guests need to watch out for this."

"This is the best hotel that we have stayed in and around Exeter. We come quite often because our daughter is at university. The only downside is it doesn’t have a pool but fortunately I had a day pass to David Lloyd which is next door which has a swimming pool. The restaurant is situated on the eighth floor and has great views. You can see Exmouth"

"Perfect for a quick stop over. Super comfy bed. Room v clean. Thank you for allocating me a quiet room too. Breakfast lovely. The only thing to improve is to ensure milk doesnt run out at the corridor drinks station (no kettle in the room). Otherwise excllent. "

"Breakfast definitely needs some improvement but the hotel overall was spot on for our stopover on the way the Cornwall. Staff were lovely and really friendly. Hotel is clean and the room was set up for our family of 4. Plenty of parking (small additional charge), great WiFi. Really good value overall and definitely recommend. "
