「Our second stay in this beautiful and very comfortable hotel, exceptionally well hosted by Karen (such good breakfasts) and Graham (whose knowledge of where to go and what to do was amazing). Thanks for your care and attention! We will be back at any opportunity!」

「The house is situated on a hill overlooking Carnoustie. It is very nicely decorated and well maintained. We had a twin room on the top floor. It was well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. The ensuite had a larger shower cubicle than average. Breakfast was very nice, with good quality ingredients. Lisa was a very good host, welcoming and full of useful information」

「Great breakfast included. Beautiful garden area. 5 minute walk to beach.」

The honesty bar in the lounge is extremely well-stocked. We did not partake, but the whisky selection according to my husband was excellent. The room is spacious and well-decorated. The bathroom is small and the height of the bath may be a bit tricky for some. No baths are allowed and I found the water temperature on the tepid side when I...

「Best hotel option in Perth - 200%!」

「The host is eager to talk and solve problems. So nice is she👍 can also go for a beach side to walk. It’s so beautiful」

「The stay included a full Scottish breakfast, but I am a vegan and could not eat most of what they cooked and I was never asked what I wanted for breakfast. I am a plain oatmeal breakfast eater, which I tought would be easy in Scotland. Even Mcdonald's has oatmeal.」

「Was only here for one night with my friend & grand daughter who is 3. She was terrified when she got inside the hotel. It was dark, smelly & cold. Wasn’t sure where to find anybody. Got a young guy who was surprised to see us. No one else about. Showed us to our room while my granddaughter is screaming & crying cause she was scared of the place. Got to the room. Smelt of damp, was cold. Couldn’t get key out of the door. My granddaughter wouldn’t settled so we left to go somewhere else. Very...

「Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. After the stay I recieved another bill from the hotel which km disputing through hotels.com as I had paid for the room...

「Beautiful location and exceptional clean property, bit vintage look but very appropriate for such a stay. Very kind and attentive owner. All over very pleasant stay, definitely would stay again Little poor breakfast choice for vegetarian」
