"It’s hard to find such a beautiful place surrounded by water, with easy access to swimming and kayaking. We loved walking right out and having a personal beach with an amazing view all the way to Ithaca. The home is clean, comfortable, and really set up with entertaining in mind. I appreciate the little things like having sharp knives in the kitchen, a heated drying rack in the bathroom, and lots of games in the closets. The bird watching is also incredible. "We had a great time at this property. Less than 10 minutes to Watkins Glen and the Gorge Trail. Multiple wineries with 10 minutes. Also a bunch of markers markets and local farm stores within 20 minutes. We really enjoyed exploring the area and then winding down on the back porch at night after a day out. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to explore the Watkins Glen or Seneca Lake Wine Trail."

Beautiful lakefront property and a variety of ways to enjoy it; spacious upper level deck with amazing views, a mid-level deck with even more space and grill and table, a lake level fire pit, and of course, the beautiful dock. We had such a great time and will definitely come back. It easily accommodated our party of eight adults."

"This property is in a perfect location. The house was clean and had all the stuff you could need to enjoy your stay. Silverware, cups, plates towels, blankets, bedding ect. Just beware the low ceilings down stairs, they got my husband a few times. The lake and docks are stunning. The hot tub was very clean. All around a great stay."

"The cottage was perfect for our trip to enjoy the finger lakes region because it was centrally located. Roxanne is a terrific host, easily accessible to answer questions about the area. We enjoyed the fire pit and many nights star gazing. We would highly recommend the cottage and hope to travel to New York again and stay at Sweetgrass! Kim and Tom"

"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Inside was very clean and welcoming. Our pets enjoyed the stay, also. Our only issue was the amount of overgrowth on the steps and boat house down to the water. It made the stairs down dangerous and very tight. There was a great deal of poison growing in the brush too. It was disappointing because the posted pics made the area and the view from hot tub so open but was not the case. We still had a good stay but the stress of the growth and descent was there."

"This place was such a hidden gem. Property was huge prestine. Very well keep us. The cottage was beyond clean and huge. Very large 2 bedrooms. Loved the outside hot tub, picnic table and chairs were all very comfortable."
