“Our stay at this stunning Brooklyn Brownstone was wonderful. The place is decorated with great taste and inspires the soul. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were gorgeous, the kitchen would impress any famous chef. Everything you need is there. Tatiana takes no short cuts in providing a splendid space for rest and recuperation. I'm a light sleeper and this place was quiet enough for me. We hope to come back!”

The property was immaculate and perfectly located for everything from the beach to ferry, restaurants, Main Street and wineries. Plenty of parking on site. Kitchen was well stocked with everything to make a meal or to cook out. Wonderful place!”

“Beautifully located - super close to a major train station with direct connections into Manhattan. The house itself was filled with so much character! You could tell the host put in a lot of thought and effort into the home. Nice bedroom size and kitchen size too. Ashley was also super kind and accommodating of our late check out and for us to leave our bags at the rental earlier than check-in time. Cute outside area too. Communication was quick and easy as well - she even dropped off some toys……

“Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things.……

“Perfect house for parents of the Cooperstown baseball teams. It’s only 10 minutes away from the fields, but it feels like you are a million miles away. Very quiet and serene setting. The house is in beautiful shape with plenty of room. Highly recommended!”
