When I questioned it, they kept making excuses and insisting it was the same property, even though it clearly was not. “The place was nice, in a great area, and concierge was wonderful. Front door was open when we first checked in. Not good for the owners!!!! It’s a huge building and could have been robbed. Pain in the butt management company. They sent forms to sign requested ID and CC images, which we sent. They then requested them again. Then requested a third time. I told them I was not filling out that form again so they sent a link to just submit ID and CC. THEN, they requested my husband’s ID and CC again.……

“Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below……

“The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.”
