「A great location, close to theatres, restaurants and museums. Clean and easy to access. Surprisingly soundproof! Alex was very responsive which we appreciated. A good place to be your home base when seeing the city. 」

So I do feel obligated to say this place is horrible, value your money and just book a hotel room, sleep in van it will be more comfortable than this place. Don't know where to start, bathroom door are swinging doors that have a gap in it, no towels, no storage, horrible beds...」

「Overall, good stay here. The location cannot be beat. Close to L line to get to Brooklyn/Williamsburg, walkable to SoHo and near by neighborhoods. The space was great accommodations for 1-2 people. The space was quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy. Having a full kitchen, fridge etc was nice options to have. Plenty of cafes, coffee, restaurants to choose from. Would stay again. 」

「Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.」

「The good: location, quiet building, well-lit unit, decent water pressure, air conditioners. The bad: extraordinarily poor value with subpar basic amenities (threadbare towels and sheets, no hand towel for bathroom, no dish towel for the kitchen, worn out and uncomfortable couch, stopped up tub/shower drain). Host communication was also very poor. Whoever manages the property never responded within a timely fashion via the VRBO app. Despite spending an extra 199 to check in at noon, instructions...

「The apartment was very clean and great for 2 people. The evenings were very quiet which was great for sleeping. The apartment has a mini split which was great to cool the space really quickly since we were here during a warmer weekend. It is very close to Javits and is an excellent option for people attending tradeshows. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower was very low. But the apartment had everything that could be needed like hair dryer and washer/dryer.」

「We had a great stay, the two sleeping areas were perfect for our small family. The location was 2nd to none! Walking distance to so much! The Jane Doh next door was great for a night cap with super friendly people. Would stay again if in NYC.」
