The home is pretty small—great for two or three with very little play area inside for kids—but there are several great outside areas on the deck, around the pool and stream. In terms of accessibility, three steps up to the doorway, a step down to the master bedroom and a step up to the ensuite master bath."

No place can be perfect all the time and we did have a couple minor issues crop up during our stay however, why I highly recommend this place was the ease in reaching, and quick action of the owner to take care of them Which is all you can ask and not always the case at some properties. "Great property. Immaculately clean and well laid out. Perfect for my wife and I and two adult daughters. Two smallish dogs as well. Very comfortable and equipped inside. Nice yard for dogs on leash outside. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Will plan to stay when warm to enjoy the sunroom, deck, grill and yard. Very nice and comfortable. "The house was perfect for our stay! We were visiting our Air Force Cadet who was skydiving at West Point. We wanted something close to the academy and the house was a fantastic location (like 5 mins) - close to the gate. There is a chipotle, McDonald’s, Walgreens and a decent small grocery store that were all super close. The house was immaculate - Super clean! "This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby."

"We had a nice time staying here. The place is just as described. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had things to do in Purchase and in NYC and the location was perfect for us. I got to meet the owner and he even contacted me when I parked incorrectly so I could avoid a parking ticket. There is a grocery store, Costco, pharmacy, restaurants, and many other businesses very close to. If I have to go back next year, I will be looking to see if this rental is available again."

"The location was great and thre property was almost perfect for our needs. The only negative issue was ants. When we got up the first morning of our stay the counter was teeming with ants. There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great."

"The house is in a great location in New Rochelle, near to a train station to commute to the city and for family coming in on Amtrak from Boston. The main floor of the house is cozy with a lovely kitchen and lots of seating space. Bedrooms were a nice size and we all felt the beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was really nice, too. Owner was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process."
