“Would recommend to anyone looking for an upscale hotel with an upscale restaurant. Every since staff member was friendly and provided exceptional service. Was never made to feel out of place or looked down on being surrounded by wealthy people or having a retired pro baseball star in the lounge chair next to me. Lol...One of my top 3 hotel experiences.”

“The room was clean , but worn, headboard clearly discolored from wear and tear, cracked sink, shower faucet drip, a strange scratching grinding noise in the wall next to the bed. at night. The location suited our purpose for 3 nights visiting relatives in New City. Staff were responsive to our requests. Appeared safe. 3 stars”

“Everything is perfect”

“This one is like stepping back into the 80s. Old worn out carpet, room smells, the elevator is worse than a service elevator. The room insulation is poor. I was on the 6th floor and heard everything on the road below and from the adjacent room. The breakfast was so bad, I cant even begin. Never staying there again.”

“The service was exceptional, room was amazing and very clean. Property is stunning and the spa was lovely. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious too. I highly recommend for a getaway!”

“great location, with garage spaced ( thought that is a bit confusing to figure out where the space was located); apartment was super comfy, nice size and layout, with living room/open kitchen concept (complete with all cooking and utensils ). Large bathroom w/a nice shower. Towels were wet but we worked that part out. great gym facilities in building and a fun basement equipped with (adult) games! rooftop was not open, even to enjoy the sunny day.. which meant the pool too was not available. ……

“Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return.”

“After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is……
