"The hotel is showing signs of wear and neglect. It clearly underwent a facelift a few past, the materials used and installed were not designed to last. Small items were also unaddressed, like we did not have enough towels. In the end it was expensive for the conditions. The location is great."

"Rooms are very large by New York hotel standards. Staff is friendly and helpful. Elevator service is extremely efficient with practically no waiting required o\nce the call button is pushed. Hotel is very quiet."

"The room was surprisingly clean expect for the random pink dots on the ceiling above the bed. The bathroom shower definitely had some mold or mildew. The elevator, the hallways were filthy. The hotel does have free parking but the lot is shared with the laundromat so it can get a little busy. Would not stay here again and would not recommend."
