About this property
Longview Cottage with views to compliment its name and close to cooperstown
- This is home was built 19 years ago it is fully furnished with new furniture. There is an attached 3 car garage but is used for storage. The property sits on 5 acres. If you like to Hike, there is a local trail 1.5 miles away (Texas school house walking trail) and 10 miles away is gilbert lake State Park with plenty of trails and a Lake and beach. There is no hunting on the property, but you can also visit any of the local state parks for that. In the winter you can ride snowmobile or cross-country ski. There is several golf courses within 15 min of the property. If you just want to relax and take in the views, you won't be disappointed. There is fireplace inside. There are plenty of outdoor activities with several lakes nearby for fishing and boating. If you like beer and wine, there is also several wineries and brewery in the area. If you are here for the baseball camps, they are both 20 to 25 min away.
