This accommodation was an amazing find for us. Located just outside the center of Dunedin this uniquely styled two story apartment in a reclaimed factory building was just stunning. Personally we are keen on the industrial look of the apartment and the building in general. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. It was almost sad that we had to move on to continue our adventure through NZ. Everything was there in the apartment that one would need - including a full kitchen and laundry. Nice view of the harbor. We also had a walk around the building and the owners have placed a lot of art work depicting the buildings history - including the industrial coffee roaster in the lobby. Parking was simple just across the street (and free). The walk to the city center was just down the street and over the bridge to the train station. Have to say that this was one of our best stays in all of NZ.

Proximity to the CBD was great as driving in the city is a nightmare so great to be able to walk. Apartment is really funky and would recommend to others.

Loved the apartment only little critique was we did not have a view, also the drain in the shower overflowed and we were hesitant to use it again after it flooded the entire bathroom. Apart from that it was a very comfortable stay.

A great New York loft style apartment over 3 floors. Kitchen is complete with everything you need for cooking, there is a washer and dryer and great heating for cold days. Very clean and comfortable. Overlooks the port but the only close restaurant is not open every night. A 15 min walk into town if you want to eat out.

Viele Details haben nicht gestimmt: - Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und Klimaanlage bei Raumtemperatur von fast 27 Grad. - Geschirrspüler war noch voll vom Vorgänger. - Türcode wurde uns vorab nicht geschickt, hatten echt Glück das wir vor 2Uhr dort waren (den ab zwei Uhr kein Mensch da) - Keine Zimmerreinigung, was nicht weiter schlimm ist, blöd ist nur wenn man dann WC-Papier selber kaufen muss, weil keines da ist und es auch keine Rezeption gibt. - Küche ist zwar gross aber es gibt nur Minitöpfe, Nudelwasser mussten wir mehr mal kochen (für 2Personen) - Waschmaschine top, wenn man nicht vom Vorgänger Reste entsorgen müsste. - Grosser Kühlschrank, leider stand da eine angebrochene Milch drin. sonst ok.

These apartments are of very high quality. It had all that was needed as travellers for a comfortable stay (and was the favourite of 13 different stays on the south island). The quality of sleep here was great and the furnishings were of high quality throughout. Bonus points for the heated floors in the bathroom.

Lovely apartment, poor communication.

The apartment was lovely and well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything was very clean. Our main complaint was there was no communication beforehand with the instructions on how to access the building and the apartment. We arrived on a Saturday, the contact phone number was only for office hours and the out of hours number on the message was incorrect, missing a digit. We found another out of hours number to call and could only leave a message. Finally someone called but not before I had a very cranky, wet and cold husband and sister. Communications need to be improved.

It is very neat and tidy, and well equipped to be self sufficient. Bit noisy between rooms, and no air-conditioning as advertised. Parking was a bit of a hassle having to move after 2hrs but can be worked around.
