「Great location. Easy to find and close to shop and estuary/sea. Comfy beds. Air'bnb' say check out is 11am but info from owner which we received the day before arriving states check out is 10am. But this was a minor thing that didnt really affect our stay. Would definitely stay there again」

「The property has an amazing view and is in a great location to explore downtown Dunedin. We loved the luxurious extras such as local soaps, beautiful art pieces, and delicious coffee.
