“Amazing views of the coast from the bed. Dog was very happy with quietness of room. Pool and hot tub was warm. Everything we needed I the kitchen. Had. A lovely stay. ”

“We have stayed here before and would stay again, it’s a fair price, more than just clean and tidy room (see more below), in a central location for exploring locally or getting in and out by car, and it has parking. This time we stayed in a room with a sea view balcony, which had a lovely view and was clean, tidy and comfortable but with a modern and homey feel. There was a spare radiator and fan in the room in case of weather change which was a comfort nice to have the choice in our hands. The……

“Staff, every single one of them polite, couldnt do enough to help. All room clean, a bit dated but that was the only negative. Except window in room was broke but tild reception and they were in it. Food great, breakfast included every breakfast you could imagine frim full English, salmon, pancakes whatever you wanted just ask. Really really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Booked parking prior to stay and our name was on the wall ready and waiting for our arrival. ”

“The location of this property is unbeatable. Close to the ocean and an easy walk to downtown. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked the parking which had a cost but was very convenient. They need to do a bit of work on the place. There was some areas in the room that needed painting and plaster work. The shower and bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very good. ”

“back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. ”
