“Really wish I'd booked at least 2 nights here at this beautiful property in this beautiful location! I was visiting from USA w/ my wife and we had great time. I took a little carriage ride across the street through the park, saw the Muckross house, saw some old buildings, had some great strolls, and had fun at the spa as well. “Staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us. Bring a hairdryer and hair conditioner if that is important to you. We added the breakfast buffet which was a great value. There is a connected pub with a kitchen which was great after a long day of travel. ”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. ”

“While the room itself was very nice, the lack of air conditioning, even during April when it was quite cold outside, was disappointing.- this was of course my fault as I was not aware that all hotels didn’t have air-conditioning. The hotel is quite vast and had more than a long distance to the reception area from our room., No 234… there are three separate lifts, AB and C which we had to find, and then a very warm, walk up several passages of the hotel, to get to our room. ”
