"The front desk staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always responsive. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the ferry dock. The room was basic but clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay (not requiring a microwave or refrigerator)."

"The Bahamas House stay was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond and the hotel was clean and conveniently located. If you are looking for a place that feels like your own private home on the island, where you are catered to and waited on, this is the place for you! (Just to put it in perspective the last hotel we stayed at was the Ritz Carlton, and I still vote Bahama House above it.)"

"We had a wonderful stay at Coral Sands. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was attentive and kind. We ate breakfast each morning at the resort and had a pizza dinner one night-the food was delicious. Beach access is made easy. The pool was a nice addition although we preferred to be on the beach."

"Salt Box is a beautiful home on an incredible island, and we’re already planning our next trip back.The property was perfect for our group of six, including grandparents, adults, and children. The layout comfortably accommodated everyone and offered plenty of space to gather together while also providing private areas to relax and unwind.The pool and gardens are truly stunning. The layered landscaping is filled with tropical plants, flowers, and fruit trees, creating a lush and peaceful setting. The pool feels like a private oasis nestled between the main house and guest house. We especially loved having multiple indoor and outdoor spaces where we could spend time together after a day at the beach.The design of the home beautifully blends the historic character of an 1800s island home with a sophisticated 1960s jet-set aesthetic. The result is a unique combination of British Colonial elegance, vibrant mid-century tropical style, and open-air island living. Every space feels thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and full of personality.The home is located right in the heart of the village, which means there is some activity and noise, particularly in the historic main house. For us, the trade-off was well worth it. The location is exceptional—an easy walk to the docks, beaches, fishing, shops, and the island’s best restaurants.We absolutely loved our stay at Salt Box and would highly recommend it to families or groups looking for a memorable Harbour Island experience."
