“Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. “Absolutely shocking the photos on the website are a fabrication. I was told I was staying in another property down the road which on approach was dark, overflowing bags of rubbish and the front door propped open by a fire extinguisher. The entrance and stairs were filthy and haven't been vacuumed for ages. Loose pills on the stairs, receipts, more rubbish and had to navigate over shoes, shopping bags, beer boxes and yet more rubbish. And this was before I got into the room. On entering, there……

“Fantastic location to get into Central London - the tube is about 200m from the hotel, but it's still in a quiet area tucked away from the main road. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, the hotel was clean & the parking was great. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good value. Our room was one of the older ones in the property, so it was very tired and needed some updating - that said, it has all the amenities you'd need, it was clean, and everything worked! It was extremely warm as we……
