The staff were really friendly, but knew that our shower was broken to the degree it was unusable and didn't inform us, nor did they offer an alternative when we brought it up. No AC and the hotel was registering over 30° inside, and we arrived back late at night to find the hotel locked up and nobody answering the buzzer. We had to call the hotel to find someone to let us in. Not well organised, and the curtains in the room had obvious burn marks, and the carpet was coming up against one wall.

The staff where really helpful had some issues with maintenance but got our room transferred to a different location near by and paid for our transportation there would have just liked a little more notice that we were going to be moved but all in all had such a wonderful experience thank you to the staff who made it smooth sailing.

We loved our stay here. Victoria and the guy (Stephen I think, really amazing guy) who attended to us were simply amazing. Provisions in the kitchen were okay. Location is fantastic. Staff here are exceptionally helpful and warm. Looking forward to a next trip.

Went to check in, filled out the form with the correct ID. Moved onto the damage deposit and the receptionist didn’t have the facilities to use Apple Pay. Therefore leaving us stranded in the middle of London just before a show at the 02. Don’t use this hotel the receptionist and service is shocking there was no compromises and left us stranded in the city of London.
