“Over priced for what you get”

“Property was clean, breakfast was fantastic, but the check in lady was horrible and rude. When we first arrived no one was there for 20 minutes. When she finally came out she was not helping or friendly at all. Also, very loud hallways kids running up and down, slamming doors!”

“Room was clean, but quite small. Good breakfast. We were just passing through so it was good for that, especially for the price we paid.”

“Oxbow was great! We enjoyed live music and great drinks and apps at the Lakely. Riley and Jason were fun to talk to and gave us great drinks! Major bonus is that Oxbow let's you use bikes, helmets, locks for free. We toured around Eau Claire for a couple hours Saturday morning. Great fun!!! Their fun gimmick is you can listen to records in the room. We enjoyed some throw back Led Zepplin as we packed up. Ended our visit w a trip to Lazy Monk. Great visit all around.”

“Room wasn’t ready for almost an hour after check in time. Took my vehicle information for the parking garage but forgot to put it in. So I ended up with a $22 parking ticket on top of paying them $7 for parking. They said there was nothing they could do about it.”

“Easy access off the highway, room was comfortable. TV wasn't working properly the first day there, but being on vacation wasn't too worried about it.”

“Property was clean, rooms were updated and modernize. Bathroom was very clean. No caulking or moldy tiles. Water pressure was excellent. Beds were comfortable. AC work rooms were very cold. The hot buffet breakfast was good.”

“fees are too high and not well disclosed. Staff was unable to help and just gave me a card to contact someone saying no manager was as on site to talk to. Will not stay again. Too bad because otherwise decent room and meal”

“Having a gas station, restaurant, and bar right next door is convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is nice.”
