「I am always a litte skeptical to rent a place that doesn't have several reviews to read. I have to say this place exceeded our expectations in every way. You can tell it is newly remodeled. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor space overlooking the wide canal. Our family of seven plus their friends that came by to hang out in the pool and kayak had lots of room. We had everything we needed with all the little extras that were provided. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for sharing...

「Great place in a very convenient location 」

「We had a blast for 3 nights coming to check out the various springs. Everything was less than 30 mins away in any direction so we made day trips for scalloping, kayaking, snorkeling. The house was so fun to come back to after busy morning activities. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and the game room was my kids (and my) favorite room. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked the very scallops we caught that morning later for dinner. Highly recommend this house for location,...

「Excellent getaway for a scalloping trip! Rented a boat at nearby marina & enjoyed time with family & friends.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Halls River Retreat! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful.The home is beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.The river was clear, cool, and peaceful. Kayaks are launched from the boat-slips in the backyard. We saw all kinds of fish swimming by, a family of river otters at play, and a beautiful eagle flew overhead.We also enjoyed fishing right...

「It was everything and more than we thought. Our first time staying in the Villages and we enjoyed riding bikes and shopping everyday. The home was spacious, felt very safe and communicating with the owners was great. We hope to visit sometime soon. 」
