Thankfully we were only there for a day, so it wasn't a huge deal. I did notify the host of that issue, so hopefully that gets resolved. The location is okay, pretty close to the airport which is what we were looking for.Pretty straight forward easy visit.”

“I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.”
