"We stayed with two other families for film fest over Labor Day weekend. The condo was in excellent condition, very clean, very nice appliances and furniture. I would say the property is very much as advertised. Three families (all with kids) stayed with no difficulty and with plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Gorgeous surroundings of course and some great views of the valley. It’s a short hike down the ski run to the market and gondola station. Hot tub was clean and operational. Primary suite is huge and gorgeous. Multiple balconies for people to hang out on. We had an absolutely great time. This is an excellent option for Telluride for larger groups. No complaints whatsoever, would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Comfortable condo, pleasant (beautiful!) location. This place was just what we needed - accomodation for two generations of adults and a bunk room for the kids. Plenty of room to spread out, everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds!!! In all, a great vacation in SW Colorado."

"The location was perfect! Very easy walk to the gondola and beautiful views from the patio. Parking wasn’t very difficult. The steam shower was wonderful. The kitchen is small but useable, perfect for a short weekend or if you don’t plan on cooking much. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again!"
