Well, it’s not quite easy to find. You’d better to arrive there by taxi. Room is very clean and all stuffs are good but the reception is not so warming. Very close to the famous bridge and a few good restaurants.

at present the front road is closed but you can easily reach us by Borgo SS Apostoli till Piazza del Limbo.
So sorry to read that front desk staff was not welcoming as usual.

Excellent location!! Friendly and helpful staff! Delicious breakfast! Bed was a bit hard, but room was spacious and clean!

Great people.
The reception was a bit if a let down as it did not look like the pictures on Expedia. But the overall experience was excellent. Will recommend the hotel again.
People were warm and really made us feel welcome.

Hotel Berchielli is in a great location period. However, some updating will soon be needed. The rooms were clean and room service always did a great job but cosmetically I could see not only a better experiance but the hotel also being able to charge more for their location if they had higher end finishes. But that aside overall stay was great with no issues and helpful staff. But please for the love of god improve your Wifi Internet acess as the connection was spotty and unreliable consistantly which when trying to conduct work or even stream anything on your phone when resting in for the night nearly impossible. Thanks for a great stay overall 8 out of 10!

Very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was delicious and with a lot a variety.
The room was always clean and the staff always making sure that we have everything we need.
Great hotel.

Location is good. Leave key at the reception. There are no VIP access for Expedia guests; false advertising.

Outdated and front desk staff was not that of a 4 star hotel in Florence. Clean rooms though and just steps from ponte vecchio.
