We had a great stay. We started off booking for two nights and ended up staying for five. Yumi at the front desk went out of her way to make sure our next stop would be perfect. The hotel was all about taking care of their guests. And showed.

A good mid-range hotel for Japan travel. However, the influx of tour group tourists from certain nearby countries made it rather unpleasant in the hotel. Breakfast is ‘average’ focusing on one-night tour groups. Onsen is also average compared to Dormy Inn Hotels and others around the price point. Room was great and clean! Much better than APA. Service and counter staffs are courteous and friendly, ready to help. I think it is time to rethink how Mitsui Hotels should position itself to make the environment in the hotel more pleasant and Japanese feel….again.

The location is great but everything else is below standards. No, it does not meet 4-star standards. Rooms were way too small, amenities were minimal (not even complimentary coffee in the room), public bath was poorly made.

Nice hotel

Nice place to stay close to the train station and the aeon mall The first. room we got was very tiny less it shows on hotel.com. We ask to change the room. At the beginning were asked to pay extra and move to smoking room. We didn’t like the solution and thought to cancel our reservation. Finally the hotel management find a solution and upgrade the room to tein room non smoking. It was much better and make our stay more pleasnt and comfortable Very friendly staff
