Beautiful townhome in a great location

We loved our stay at this beautiful townhouse in Durango! The house felt so comfortable with all the little extras like cozy throw blankets and beautiful decor. The location was perfect for spending your day on site at the pool or eating at the 3 walkable restaurants or to drive 20 minutes into Durango or 10 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort. Everything was very clean, as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location and an excellent condo

The accomodations were excellent. Very modern, updated and everything worked. The Tammarron facilites are also first class. Your communications about check-in worked without a hitch. We will be back.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and loved the location! Front desk crew was very helpful and responsive to questions. Our daughters loved having their own rooms and there was so much space. The balcony was a plus and very beautiful to sit out on at night and unwind. We did report that the drawers in one of the dressers were off track and hard to use and the stopper on the door of the master room fell off frequently, but this is just normal wear and tear items from use and would not stop us from visiting again. All and all was an awesome property! Thank you

Very nice accomodation

We enjoyed our stay very much, but here are some things worth mentioning: I think the appliances (coffee maker in particular) could be updated. There also wasn't very much in the way of cooking pans/dishes (for those that like to cook). Our biggest issue was with the extremely soft beds-this might not be an issue for everyone but it was for us. Some of the information found in the condo should also be updated, specifically the check in instructions which indicate that there is an iPad for use when checking in-which there was not. We were also not able to use the fireplace because nowhere did it say how to use it. I ended up calling the property managers on the last couple of days of our trip and they were able to get us those instructions. Lastly, it is meant to be a pet free condo, yet pets have clearly stayed there as is evidenced by the pet dander that was on the furniture (which transferred onto our clothes). While these aren't huge issues, it is the reason why we didn't give 5 stars. Still a very nice condo in a great location.

Comfortable stay

The condo was comfortable and well-equipped. The pool and hot tub at the complex were great. The heat wasn’t working the first night we arrived and it was very cold, but the management company provided space heaters. The two upstairs bedrooms are not entirely enclosed and sound travels between all of the rooms which was difficult for children sleeping.

Great Property. Beautiful golf course. Food on the property was excellent. Location is about 15 min from Durango and 30 to Silverton. The remodel on this unit is truly excellent.
