The property is close to downtown, and could use some updates (i.e., cracked tile in the middle of the kitchen caused some tripping for the dog, children and grandma). Great kitchen appliances, fenced-in front and back yards, and comfortable beds!

Great Week in Durango

The house met our every need. It is close to restaurants and the main shopping area, has plenty of room, is well equipped and is as cute as a bell. I would certainly stay there again.

Great cottage

Nice and clean with great decor. Our dogs especially enjoyed the fenced backyard. Close to shops and restaurants yet quiet at nighttime. Would return!
