This property has everything g you need and is perfect for walking to everything. Host is excellent with communication and there was nothing we had to ask for or question with the stay. Perfect house for a family or single. If you have a larger vehicle like we do(Chevy 3500 long bed) parking is a little tight just know that but we made it work, other than this everything with the property is excellent!! Will recommend and will rebook when we go back!

Beautiful house in a perfect location. Just a short block and a half walk away from Main St. The neighborhood is quiet and the locals are very friendly. We saw deer our daily walks with the dogs. Check in was a bit confusing as there is a door into the entrance, which the code was not listed in chek in. I did send a text and got a quick text back with the info. Front door to the house was unlocked upon our arrival so it felt a little nervous walking in. Check out with the code was a bit difficult, and I'm not sure if I did it right. Overall great place and great host! Love tgat it is a pet friendly place.

Great location but .....

Favorables: location, cleanliness, property mgt response to problems, many good eateries. Unfavorables: VERY tight parking space, VERY limited space to hang clothing, vagrant using parking space to chill out, homeless people loitering throughout town and especially along Animas river walking paths.

Great location with plenty of space

This is a very clean and spacious townhome located in the heart of it all. It is great for a couple or small family. Views of mountains and city. Walking distance to everything you need. We would have no problem staying here again in the future.

Wonderful condo

Condo was updated very smartly. We also loved this condo’s location with access to the Riverwalk and just around the corner from beautiful third Street and all the original beautiful paintings as well.

Perfect Spring Break spot

This was our second year in Durango for Spring Break, and this condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, but also for us to gather and enjoy time with one another. We will definitely be coming back!

Parking spots were tiny and 2nd bedroom was very small making it hard to accommodate 4 adults. All in all a great place to stay. Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to walk downtown. The only negative is for the person(s) sleeping in the smaller upstairs bedroom. It is over College Ave which can be noisy. The master bedroom was beautiful and quiet. Ear plugs solved our "issue".

Vacation rental review

The location was great. Close to downtown. The property was well equipped with everything we would need. Parking for the second car was challenging, but not impossible. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Had a fantastic time with my family in a perfect location to walk everywhere downtown. Went to dance at the wild horse saloon which you can see from the living room. Definitely returning
