Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the main ski lift. Our 1,300 SF 3 bedroom/2 bath (Unit 424) single level condo is located on the 4th floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible.
Fully remodeled, the kitchen is fully stocked and the condo features the usual amenities including , washer/dryer, high speed WIFI, wood burning fireplace and a deck. The views from the main living space are amazing.

There is one assigned parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and additional vehicles can be parked in the main ski lots. The Eolus building features 2 hot tubs (year around) on the ground floor.
Due to HOA rules, all condos in the Eolus building are not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
