This beautiful Studio style condo welcomes you with its rocky mountain decor and stunning views of the rugged San Juan mountain range. The condo offers fiber optic WIFI, a queen bed, well appointed kitchenette, flatscreen television, docking station, wood burning fireplace, double sinks in the bathroom and jetted tub. A lovely table for two overlooking the deck and rugged Needles Peaks complete the details in this property allowing you space to relax and enjoy your surrounding, or if you must catch up on work.

SW Colorado exploration
Location was great, as was the view, because we wanted to be explore several areas. Traffic noise from the highway is unavoidable. The property was well equipped with towels, kitchen appliances and utensils. Appreciated lots of soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hangers and storage space. Lighting was ample, as was parking. The kitchen needs more spoons and some kitchen towels. Laundry facility was great but price needs to be updated from $1.25 to $2.00 (had to drive a ways to find quarters). Only downside to this property is the mattress; itneeds to be replaced. Great trip. Thank you.

Fine way to beat the heat
We traveled from southern New Mexico, in part to escape the heat. This part of the southwest features mountains, green trees, and breathtaking scenery. The condo plunks you right into the middle with gorgeous views. The unit was immaculate and very well supplied. If you're planning your trip, don't bother to bring any kitchen items or many other household needs. Just come and enjoy yourself.

Wonderful place.
A very well kept property. It is a quiet pace high in the San Juans. My room had a great view of the mountains. Some full time residents were near me. They were very friendly and helpful. The price was lower than inferior competitors. Many amenities that you don't get in motels. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
