Stay at our studio condo #114 at Purgatory Townhomes to enjoy the San Juan mountain views, ski, hike, bike and explore shopping and dining! If adventuring is not what you are up for one day, curl up in the living room in front of the wood burning stove or sit on the balcony with a hot cup of coffee.
The fully stocked updated kitchen, newly remolded bathroom, cable tv, and free WiFi will bring you every comfort you need away from home. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, blender, crockpot and toaster oven - as well as an oven/stove, full sized fridge, microwave and coffee maker. With a queen bed and full size sleeper sofa, our unit can comfortably sleep four people. Guests can use the ski locker and there is coin laundry on the premises.

Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning.
A 30 minute drive to the south will take guests to historic downtown Durango, Colorado. This condominium is on the San Juan Scenic Skyway, which is an incredibly scenic driving loop that connects Durango, Mancos, Mesa Verde National Park, Telluride, Ouray, Silverton and Purgatory, as well as many fantastic trails for hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and other Rocky Mountain adventures.
This building has thin walls and the residents do strictly enforce the 10pm quite time - please be respectful of your neighbors when staying at Purgatory Townhomes. Per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed. Only space for one vehicle per condo.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
