It was wonderful :) Thank You! The Staff is super nice and the installations are great we enjoyed a lot the tennis court. We will come back. Also, Bristo Garden Restaurant is super delicious.

The guest next door to our room had the TV on full volume from 9 pm on December 12 to 6 am on December 13. . By 4 am, I could not take the noise anymore so I went to the front desk and reported it. They did not solve the problem till 6 am. We had to get up to leave at 7 am. WE DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL. We requested a credi for that night but were told that we have to get it from Expedia.

La habitación muy bien, el problema fue que el personal no está al pendiente de que algunos huéspedes no tienen respeto por los demás y usan el hotel cual motel de paso, haciendo ruido en la habitación, música a alto volumen e ingiriendo bebidas y metiendo mujeres de la vida galante y haciendo ruido toda la noche sin respetar que en otras habitaciones hay familias con niños pequeños que lo que quieren es dormir. Al día siguiente y comentarles a los de admisión me comentan que debí haberlo reportado en su momento, no creo que lo se hayan dado cuenta, las habitaciones estaba muy cerca del área de admisión/ recepción.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. What I liked the most, was a welcome note from the cleaning lady. I'm Catholic and she write something meaningful and a biblical verse. Definitely we'll be back soon.
