「Very well presented property. Ideal for our needs with two dogs, Grandma and the boy. Good location for visiting Durham and accessing local dog walks. Great showers which is always a bonus.」

I had my ,70th birthday there, with my husband,family and friends. I would definitely go back. Everything was spotless and clean,the host Claire kept in touch, throughout the stay.x」

「We had a lovely stay. The 'cottage' was well equipped and ideal for the two of us. The house was spotless and very easy to keep clean & tidy. Though a little further from Durham city than we expected, the buses ran regularly from the main road a short walk away. As it was near the top of the hill, walking back from Durham would have been very hard! We had left the car at home, but found the buses to be excellent - on time and going to all the places we wanted to visit. Thank you.」

「We only booked for 2 nights and would be out for most of the time. Good location for what we needed. It was comfortable for the time we were there, but I think we might have struggled if we were staying for longer. Marks on the floor which had obviously been attempted to clean - bit of a musty smell but we could live with that. Another comfy chair would be good in the lounge area, especially if there are 4 people staying. Also in the kitchen, the small dining table only seats 2. Kitchen was nice...
