“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”

“The room was clean and tidy, however when we stayed last year we had bottles of water in our room but this was not the case this time, I brought my own last year but didn't this year as I thought that bottles of water would be in our room. I also requested an extra pillow as the 2 pillows I had were flat, reception made a note of this but the pillow never arrived. Staff were all very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was lovely with a variety of breakfast choices available. the……

“We had a news cottage with two rooms and a bathroom. It was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed.”

“Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room at the back, so no noise from the A66. Room very clean, well decorated , great shower, comfortable bed. Bar and restaurant very good We ate an evening meal, which was excellent. Continental breakfast was included, delivered to the room in a small hamper ,after completing a form the night before. Plenty of free parking. Would stay again.”
